“Faithful”

While this bird is quite common in most of the states, I would argue that they are still in the running for one of the most stunning birds in America!

 Not only would I say they are stunning, they are a faithful friend for me. I’ve painted a few jays, and this azure gem was the first bird I ever recall painting (even before my bird obsession). In addition to this, the temperament and color of this jay hold character traits such as loyalty, consistency and truthfulness. That’s a good friend to have! Do you connect with blue jays like I do?
