This wood duck was captured on a local lake nearby by my wife. I love these wood ducks! They’re so stunning.
I painted this guy “Alla Prima” (in one sitting) and I didn’t follow my typical layering technique. I simply went in full color on the primed white paper and had fun. It’s good to break up the routine, is it not?
